Delaney Wallace, CEPA
Co-Founder
Delaney is a CEPA (Certified Exit Planner) and financial planner whose practice is focused on using holistic financial planning to help business owners understand and maximize the relationship between their business and their personal lives. Delaney joined the financial services industry in 2017 and previously worked at TJP Wealth Solutions.
His practice has always been largely focused on working with nurses, doctors and other medical professionals. Since then he has since moved to Brix Partners where he focuses on helping businesses owners maximize their wealth before, during, and after they decide to exit their business. Delaney also has a unique specialty in high end tax planning that allows business owners to create 5,6 or even 7 figure deductions if an when they are needed.
Fun Fact: Delaney graduated from Pace University with a degree in Management. He played running back for the Setter’s Football Team and currently competes internationally in Men’s Powerlifting. Delaney has represented the United States in the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) and captured gold in the 2022 championships in South Africa as well as a second time in Malta in 2023.After graduation, Delaney made Westchester County, NY his home and, when he is not serving clients or training, in his spare time enjoys singing and perfecting his Salsa and Bachata dance moves.

Joshua Dumas, MHA

Hailing from Bridgeport, CT with a passion for using healthcare to drive positive change in communities, Josh Dumas serves as co-founder of Vim Afya, LLC and Director of Practice Management with Aledade. Before Aledade, Josh has held leadership positions at ChenMed, Sutter Health, and Kaiser Permanente. At Aledade, Josh plays a pivotal role in supporting independent primary care practices align their operational and financial goals to achieve sustainable success. His tenure at ChenMed saw him lead efforts to innovate primary care for seniors with chronic conditions, contributing to substantial improvements in patient outcomes and satisfaction for over 12 practices across the country.
Josh's expertise extends beyond operational excellence to strategic planning, business development, and change management within complex healthcare organizations. He has spearheaded initiatives aimed at integrating care delivery across different settings, leveraging technology for preventative care, and enhancing patient engagement. More importantly than being a Strategic Operator, Josh is deeply committed to community well-being, particularly in historically marginalized communities. As a board member of Horizons National, he has demonstrated a dedication to educational enrichment for underserved communities.
